Send offer letters and employment contracts that new starters can sign on their phone, and collect what you need for onboarding at the same time.
How it works
- Upload your document as a PDF or Word file. It keeps its original look, and blank lines become fields.
- Add signers by name and email. Add a start-date field and an address field, and ask for a photo ID upload if you want one on file.
- Send. Signers click a link, fill in the fields and sign. Nobody needs an account.
- Done. Everyone receives the signed copy with a full audit trail, and automatic reminders chase anyone who is slow.
What to include
- Job title, start date and place of work
- Salary, hours and holiday
- Notice period and probation
- A note of the right-to-work check (the check itself must follow Home Office rules)
- Emergency contact and bank details (collected separately and securely)
These are general pointers, not legal advice. Use a template from a trusted source or ask a solicitor to review your wording.
Is it legally binding?
